Privacy notice
This notice explains the information Reverb uses to provide account connection, media upload, scheduling, analytics, AI assistance and social publishing services.
Information we process
We process your account details, connected social-account identifiers, uploaded media, captions, publishing settings, delivery results and the technical information needed to keep Reverb secure and reliable.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, connect the accounts you select, publish or schedule content you submit, show delivery history, prevent abuse and provide support. Reverb does not sell personal information.
Social connections
Social authentication happens on the relevant platform. Reverb never receives your social-media password. Upload-Post manages the OAuth connection and publishing token on our behalf so it can deliver posts you submit or schedule.
Analytics and optional AI assistance
For Pro analytics, Reverb receives performance metrics from Upload-Post and the connected platforms. When you explicitly click an AI generation control, the selected video and draft text are sent to Google Gemini to create suggestions. Suggestions never overwrite your draft automatically, and the temporary Gemini video file is deleted after processing.
Referrals and withdrawals
If you use a creator referral code, Reverb records who referred you and whether your first subscription payment qualified for a commission. To pay creator earnings, Paystack receives the bank account details you choose and returns a verified recipient record. Reverb keeps the bank name, confirmed account name, last four digits and payout history.
Storage and retention
Draft and scheduled source media is retained only while needed for publishing, retries and the retention periods described in the product. Account records and publishing history remain until you delete them or request account deletion, except where limited retention is required for security or legal compliance.

You may manage social connections, delete eligible posts and request access, correction or deletion of your Reverb account data. Contact us using the address below.
