Terms of service

These terms describe the basic rules for using Reverb to prepare and publish content to third-party social platforms.

Transparent providers No social passwords

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your Reverb login secure and for ensuring that you have authority to connect every social account you add.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You give Reverb permission to process and transmit it only as necessary to provide the publishing service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and platform compliance of anything you submit.

Publishing services

Publishing depends on third-party social networks and infrastructure providers. Their availability, review rules and account restrictions can affect delivery. Reverb reports known failures but cannot guarantee that every platform will accept every post.

Plans, renewals and fair use

Paid plans renew monthly through Paystack until cancelled. Plan changes charge the full new price immediately without proration or unused-time credit. AI features are offered under the documented daily fair-use safeguards shown in the product.

Creator referrals

A new account that used a valid creator code during signup receives 20% off its first paid month: Basic costs ₦8,000 and Pro costs ₦16,000. Renewals return to the regular ₦10,000/₦20,000 monthly price. The verified referrer earns 20% of the original plan price (₦2,000/₦4,000), not the discounted amount paid. Renewals, upgrades and later subscriptions do not earn another discount or commission. Earnings become available seven days after payment. Refunds and disputes reverse the commission without restoring the first-payment discount, including after withdrawal; any overpayment is offset against later earnings and reviewed by Reverb. Withdrawals start at ₦2,000, require owner approval and go to a verified Nigerian bank account. The transfer fee and any applicable duty are deducted from the requested amount and shown before confirmation. Reverb may reject suspicious or invalid referrals or payout requests.

Acceptable use

Do not use Reverb to infringe rights, distribute malware, impersonate others, evade platform restrictions or publish unlawful, deceptive or abusive material.

Changes and termination

You may stop using Reverb at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or prevent misuse. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service.
